Prices:
All prices (F.O.B. Cerritos, CA, USA), specifications and
delivery commitments are subject to change without notice
unless otherwise quoted. For quantity pricing, please contact
our office.
Payment Terms:
Standard terms are C.O.D. Company Check, Credit Card = Visa,
Master Card, American Express (3% Handling Charges), and net
30 on approved accounts. Wire transfer or letter of credit
on foreign accounts.
Shipping Method:
Same day shipping for items in stock on orders received by
1:00 pm pacific time via UPS Ground, UPS Orange (3-Day), UPS
Blue (2-Day), UPS Red (Next Day), Shipping Charges are prepaid
and added unless collect shipment is requested and valid account
number is approved.
Foreign orders are shipped using customer
designated freight forwarder or courier with freight, insurance
clearance charges Collect. We will request freight quotes
on your behalf upon request.
Limited Warranty Policy:
Astrotel Comm. Corp. warrants the Video Connection (VC) units
to be free from defects in material arising from normal usage
and warrants the units for (1) one year to the original purchaser
and will replace or repair at Astrotel's discretion.
In no event will Astrotel will be liable
for (A) Consequential misuse or damage (B) unit that has been
installed or repaired in any manner, (C) Unit that are improperly
installed and/or connected and/or adjusted, (D) units that
has been subject to abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, storage,
and transportation or handling damage, (E) unit that has been
subject to improper application, (F) any damage that may be
construed to have been caused by Video Connection products,
or (G) product identification markings, labels, and serial
numbers that have been removed, defaced or altered in any
way.
In the event that it is necessary to return
a unit against the provisions of this warranty, the following
procedures are to be followed:
- Initial purchaser must obtain a return authorization
number
- Initial purchaser must return the product post paid to
Astrotel, Cerritos, CA.
- Provide a written statement of complaint.
- Enclose proof of purchase with returned Unit.
No firm or person is authorized to modify or amend the terms
of this warranty and purported modification or amendment shall
be null and void
Returns:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. A
25% restocking fee may apply on returned items.

no responsibility for the unlawful use, modification or tampering
of the product.
To avoid any possible legal ramifications,
any questionable use of this product should not be done without
consulting local authorities.
